This is non-refundable. The vendor's page indicated it was available for returns or exchanges. When I tried to return it since I no longer needed it, I was told they don't accept returns or exchanges. I pointed out what was on their sales page and they indicated they didn't know how that got on their page and then only, offered to accept a return.
