Unhappy

I have sent 3 emails and made 2 phone calls about my order #3411. I also attached a picture to the first email I sent to show you what I was unhappy about but so far I have received no reply. Therefore, I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company. The F on one of the boards fades out, plus the floral design on both boards was poorly done as the design fades out and is not consistent. I asked if these boards could be fixed and if so, I would send them back. Time is getting short because I need these for Christmas. If I do not hear from you this week, I will call my credit card company and dispute the charge and I will return the boards to you. The design and lettering shown on your website is sharp, clear, and consistent. Not so on the boards you sent me.
